Appointments
If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Insurance
The practice does not belong to any HMO, or binding insurance panel. We do, however, complete any necessary paperwork or forms which will enable patients to receive reimbursement from their insurance carrier, if they are eligible for dental coverage. Feel free to ask us for help when you have insurance questions.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
